Displays are the first mode of attracting library patrons. They can invite them to participate in upcoming events, teach important skills, or alert them to cultural or social concepts or events.
Below I provide plenty of displays that I have created. Some are bulletin boards and others are carts or moveable displays.
I often created display carts that corresponded with wall displays. And I altered materials based on location (with several bulletin boards at my disposal). All materials were kept in folder for later usage and could easily be pulled out for the correct holiday or time of year. I would also attempt to create displays that corresponded with campus or class events.
